This community is accessible via the MyCellebrite portal and serves over 62,000 active users who engage in discussions, pose queries, and exchange insights with both peers and Cellebrite’s experts globally.
Digital forensics and investigative experts utilise Cellebrite’s tools to derive insights, expedite investigations, and enhance public safety. “The 101” is crafted to maximise the benefits users derive from Cellebrite’s offerings, its expert resources, and community exchanges. Participants can engage in sub-communities based on specific products and expertise, participate in discourse, share best practices, and access pertinent resources and technical updates.
Jared Barnhart, head of Cellebrite’s Global Customer Engagement Team, remarked on his personal experience after completing digital forensics training, stating, “When I finished my own digital forensics training, I went straight into a difficult case and while I had the basics, I had no easy way to build a network or even connect with someone who had seen it before.”
Barnhart noted that “The 101” offers an “always-on” platform for asking questions, remaining inquisitive, and obtaining answers from experts and peers worldwide. He encourages customers to explore, contribute knowledge, and help grow this user community.
