Godrej Enterprises Group (GEG), the Mumbai-based appliances-to-aerospace conglomerate, wins a mandate from Yotta and NTT Data Center to deploy an integrated key management solution seamlessly integrated with the Genetec security platform. Through this, the company has strengthened its presence in India’s critical digital infrastructure security segment.z
The mandate was awarded following a successful live demonstration that showcased centralized key management, operational efficiency, compatibility with current as well as future Genetec software versions and enhanced security. This opportunity originated through Godrej’s strategic technology partner, Genetec, who recommended the company’s solution based on its proven integration capabilities and expertise in securing critical infrastructure. Godrej is currently the only organisation in India integrated with Genetec, giving it a first-mover advantage.
What began as a mandate for one data centre was expanded to multiple data centres, driven by the strong stakeholder relationship Godrej has with Yotta and NTT.
Building on decades of experience securing airports, banking institutions, government establishments, manufacturing facilities and other critical infrastructure assets, GEG is extending its capabilities into the digital infrastructure ecosystem through advanced access management and integrated security solutions designed for mission-critical environments.
This crucial contract reflects the evolution of Godrej’s Security Solutions business from a traditional physical security provider to a technology-led solutions partner helping secure both physical and digital infrastructure.
The company is targeting ₹50 crore revenue specifically from the data centre segment over the next two years, as it expands its portfolio of integrated security, key management, access control and infrastructure protection solutions for mission-critical facilities.
