Chubb recently held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the opening of a new high-performance workspace in Blackburn. The new building will house a total of 400 employees from Chubb and affiliates of Otis UK and Carrier Controls UK, and will serve as a showcase for the capabilities of all three brands.
Tracy Cordes, managing director of Chubb Fire & Security said, “With this new building, we have created a safer, smarter and more sustainable environment that will be a great place for our employees and their colleagues to work. The building is on track to achieve a BREEAM very good rating, so it will be amongst the top 25% of buildings for sustainability in the UK.”
