Zenitel has introduced its new customisable Indoor IP Speaker Kit (ZIPS-K) and Outdoor IP Speaker Kit (ZIPS-KOE), providing partners with increased flexibility to create tailored IP speaker solutions suited to various applications and project demands. The company’s history with IP speaker technology dates back to 2010, and it has steadily developed its offerings to address public address, security, and operational communication needs.
The Zenitel IP Speaker Kits allow for the construction of bespoke IP speakers designed around specific form factors, acoustic requirements, and project specifications, leveraging the robust audio, networking, and management features of Zenitel’s existing portfolio. This innovation permits Zenitel’s technology to be adapted to environments where a standard speaker design may not suffice, maintaining the expected communication capabilities inherent in a Zenitel IP audio solution.
Central to these new kits is the continued emphasis on quality audio performance, a defining characteristic of Zenitel’s communication solutions. By integrating the speaker kits with suitable loudspeakers and enclosures, partners can craft solutions tailored to their applications while still benefiting from Zenitel’s acclaimed audio processing and IP communication technology.
The new kits not only support custom partner solutions but also form the technological backbone for Zenitel’s IP speaker portfolio, replacing previous modules and expanding the functionality of the company’s IP speakers.
This shared technology platform enables Zenitel to enhance its IP speaker range while providing partners access to this technology for specialised applications. The launch of these IP Speaker Kits, alongside Zenitel’s current IP speaker lineup, bolsters the company’s Unified Critical Communication offering, facilitating comprehensive public address and communication capabilities within a unified system. This is complemented by platforms such as Zenitel Connect and services including Zenitel Cloud RMM, allowing customers to adapt their critical communication solutions as operational needs evolve.
