Spexor — a product of Bosch’s start-up platform — is a mobile warning device that detects break-ins in various environments, including cars, mobile homes, cabins and rentals. Without any sort of camera, spexor sensors monitor pressure, noises and movement. If several sensors detect a change, Spexor notifies the consumer on their smartphone, where they can make the decision to take care of it themselves, use Bosch Emergency Assistance or call the police.
The mobile alarm device, which is only 12 cm (4.7 inches) small, scans the surrounding environment with its high-quality sensors. Spexor detects a break-in by evaluating a combination of air-pressure, noise and motion sensor signals. It also measures air quality and detects fire-related gases. If the sensors detect an irregularity in the monitored environment, then spexor – thanks to the integrated eSIM card – almost immediately sends a message to your smartphone via the mobile phone network or WiFi.
The alarm device also works without cables and its battery lasts for several weeks on a single charge. These features allow you to use Spexor flexibly in countless surveillance situations.
