Quanergy introduces new Q-Insights for airports

The new Q-Inights unified passenger-flow intelligence platform from Quanergy is designed to transform live and historical airport data into clear, actionable insights. By utilising this new platform, airports can identify congestion before it occurs, balance resources in real-time, and enhance retail and Food and Beverage (F&B) performance through smarter gate and flow strategies.

Q-Insights, integrated with Q-Track 3D Lidar platform, provides an intuitive live, historical, and predictive view of the terminal traffic. By reconstructing detailed journey paths, it reveals patterns and opportunities across security, gates, retail, and curb-to-gate operations.

Unlike camera-based systems, Q-Insights and Q-Track provide airport operators with significantly lower cost, continuous passenger tracking, and no collection of Personal Identifiable Information (PII).
