The Top Indian Women Influencers in Security initiative has been established to recognize women who have advanced the Indian Security Profession and Industry and we are extremely overwhelmed with the nominations received. The nominations were closed on 30th June, with a total of 273 nominations.
“In this, over Rs.80,000 Crore industry we have thousands of security positions being notified in India every year, with only a small percentage of security jobs held by women,” said Mr. Singh. “This is disproportionate by any measure, and it needs to be rebalanced,” he added
