I-Pro Americas has been certified by Great Place to Work. The prestigious award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at I-Pro Americas. This year, 87% of I-Pro Americas’ employees said it’s a great place to work compared with just 57% for the average U.S. company.

Great Place to Work is a global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviours proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention and increased innovation.

“Great Place to Work Certification isn’t something that comes easily – it takes ongoing dedication to the employee experience,” said Sarah Lewis-Kulin, vice president of global recognition at Great Place to Work. “It’s the only official recognition determined by employees’ real-time reports of their company culture. Earning this designation means that I-Pro is one of the best companies to work for in the country.”

“We are nothing without our people,” said Bill Brennan, President at I-Pro Americas, Inc. “and we owe our continued success to every single I-Pro team member. Their dedication and hard work, their commitment to collaboration and spirit of innovation are at the very foundation of who we are.”

According to Great Place to Work 87% of I-Pro employees report being given lots of responsibilities and the flexibility necessary to achieve work-life balance (with 85% reporting the company made it easy for them to take time off when needed). With a thoughtful and robust onboarding process for new recruits, 91% of employees said they were made to feel welcome when they joined.

“We have recently put in place a New Employee Resource Group to support early career professionals and connect them with different opportunities for career growth and networking. We also have regular town hall meetings with our leadership team, paid volunteer hours to encourage employees to give back to the community, and a very active I-Pro Fun Committee,” said Dayanna Nunez, HR Director at I-Pro Americas.
