greensite acquires Automatic Alarm Co., expanding Long Island presence

Security, life safety and smart technology company greensite has acquired Automatic Alarm Co., a Hempstead-based company that has served homes and businesses across Long Island for more than 50 years.

The acquisition “strengthens greensite’s reach across Long Island and reinforces its commitment to reliable, community-focused security solutions,” according to the joint announcement.

Automatic Alarm Co. customers will experience “a seamless transition and continued dependable service, now supported by greensite’s growing team and local expertise,” the announcement says.

“Automatic Alarm Co. has built a reputation on trust, reliability, and personalized service—values that align perfectly with greensite’s mission to create safe and convenient environments for homes and businesses,” says Michael Alfano, founder and CEO of greensite, in the joint announcement. “We’re excited to welcome their customers into the greensite family and continue the tradition of dedicated service they’ve come to rely on.”
