DoorBird, a provider of door communication systems, recently introduced its new D31TDV and D31TDH IP video door intercom systems, and the A1131 IP video mini dome camera.
“With the D31x series and the mini-dome camera, we are setting another milestone in the door communication and security industry,” states Sascha Keller, CEO of DoorBird. “These products not only offer innovative technology, but also an exceptional user experience. We are looking forward to introducing them to our customers worldwide.”
According to the European manufacturer, the D31TDH and D31TDV models can be used for installations such as apartment buildings and commercial properties with up to 1,000 units.
The new door-communication solutions feature integrated RFID and QR code readers, along with virtual keypads, Bluetooth and 4D motion sensors.
DoorBird asserts that both models offer maximum flexibility and security through additional features such as the inclusion of a Sony Starvis image sensor with Full HD video capabilities. The D31TDV and D31TDH also offer a company logo for the phone directory, concierge calling or individual backgrounds, and both devices also incorporate 7-inch touch display modules that can operate when wet.

The company points out the 7-inch touch display modules can be easily replaced if necessary to support dealers and property managers and their ability to quickly service the products.
Getting back to the 4D motion sensors, DoorBird stresses the 4D motion sensor technology and full remote configurability via the app and web browser enable the D31TDV and D31TDH D31x series products to provide users with convenience.
A1131 Video Mini Dome Camera Utilizes Sony Image Sensor
Elaborating on its new mini-dome camera, DoorBird notes the A1131 is characterized by its compact design, metal housing and image quality, which is driven by a full HD Sony image sensor.
The A1131 is designed for indoor and outdoor installation on walls or ceilings and it can easily install by scanning a QR code. DoorBird emphasizes the camera delivers 180-degree wide-angle view, and the company suggests the camera expands the field of vision of intercoms, including the D31TDV and D31TDH to provide additional security with an undisguised image in the entrance area in real time via PoE or WLAN.
Moreover, the A1131 can also be integrated into smart home and video surveillance systems to complement a variety of residential security system installations.
