To provide localised services as well as relevant knowledge and skills to partners and clients globally, Dahua Technology, a leading solution provider in the global video surveillance industry, has established the Dahua Academy, which has already been functioning well in numerous countries on different continents. Now the DACH regions of Germany, Austria & Switzerland can expect to have their own Dahua Academy, from May, 2018.
Entering the German market in 2012, Dahua Technology has since been making various improvements in terms of the quality, details and innovative functions, these efforts in turn have transformed Dahua into a provider of diversified security solutions that are widely applied to retail, transportation, logistics, public safety and other scenarios in Germany.
Following the establishment of Dahua’s German subsidiary, Dahua Technology GmbH, in Düsseldorf in September 2016, the Dahua Academy in DACH is yet another major step towards localisation, which will provide comprehensive and systematic training courses to local employees and clients, who in turn can better serve and utilise Dahua’s security solutions.
To be more specific, the training programme run by the Dahua Academy, covering theoretical knowledge and practical operations, has three major objectives. First, it enables trainees to grasp the knowledge of the full range of Dahua products and to select products according to requirements. Secondly, it gets attendees familiar with general solutions in the industry and provides the basic ability to design solutions for different needs. Then, it offers the ability to master the basics of installation, debugging and operating the full range of Dahua products. The training programme includes 6 course categories: General (GEN, basic knowledge for CCTV+IP+HDCVI); Intelligent Transportation System (ITS); Intelligent Building System (IBS);Video Management System (VMS);Display & Control(DAC);Transmission (TRS).
