Texecom has launched its latest innovation in residential security – the Capture Pet immune detector. This state-of-the-art PIR is designed specifically for homes with large pets, offering advanced features that ensure reliable security without the hassle of false alarms.
Tailored specifically for pets this new PIR has been designed to reduce false alarms caused by large animals, whilst still ensuring accurate detection of potential intruders. With a 15 metre and 90° volumetric coverage the detector is able to monitor a broad area, making it suitable for larger spaces and open floor plans.
The PIR is engineered with a dual element pyroelectric sensor, and so promises precise motion detection and minimal false triggers from pets. The device can be mounted at 1.5m to 3m, allowing for versatile installation options to suit different room configurations.
Two product variants
The Capture Pet is available in two variants to suit different needs:

● Capture Pet-W: Wireless version available in 868MHz (Part code: GDH-0001) and 866MHz (Part code: GDH-0002) frequencies for flexible and robust wireless setups.
