Prosero Security is acquiring H+W Mechatronik – the second addition in Germany within a short period of time. Prosero is now established in 12 German locations, with customers throughout the country.
H+W mechatronik GmbH, with offices in Neu-Ulm and Dillingen, is a supplier of security systems in southern Germany with a strong local presence, many well-established customer relationships, and comprehensive technical competence.
Its service portfolio features a wide range of security solutions, including electromechanical and mechanical locking systems, access control, video surveillance, and intruder alarms. The firm serves the public sector, institutions, and municipalities, as well as businesses, industrial customers, and private individuals.
Since its founding in 2004, H+W Mechatronik has consistently worked with digital security solutions. Through development of its customer offering and focus on increasing demand for digital and integrated systems, the company has built a strong foundation for continued progress.
