Johnson Controls has been named to Forbes’ America’s Best Employers for Veterans list for the second year in a row. America’s Best Employers for Veterans 2025 were identified through an independent survey of more than 17,000 U.S. veterans, evaluating companies on multiple workplace criteria, including career development, compensation, diversity and veteran relations. Johnson Controls continued commitment to supporting veterans in the workplace reflects its broader mission to create inclusive and empowering environments for all employees.

“Earning this recognition reflects Johnson Controls gratitude to our military veterans and the value of their talents, skills and leadership,” said Cody Lueck, President of Johnson Controls Veterans Business Resource Group and retired U.S. Marine Corps Sergeant. “Shaped by military service, veterans help drive our innovation and success and we are proud to support them through meaningful careers and programmes that honour their continued contributions.”

Johnson Controls proudly supports its veteran employees through the Working with the Veterans Skillbridge programme, sponsored by the Department of Defense (DoD) through a partnership with Hiring Our Heroes, to allow active-duty service members to participate in on-the-job training at a corporate civilian company. Additionally, Johnson Controls Veterans Engagement Team (VET) employee resource group honours, connects, and supports military veterans in the U.S. and around the world.
