The 4th La Razón Technology and Innovation Awards gala was recently held at the Meliá Avenida de América Hotel in Madrid. A total of 27 companies and institutions received distinguished awards presented by Mr. Manuel Giménez, Minister of Economy, Employment and Competitiveness of the Community of Madrid. Dahua Technology’s Three-in-One Camera (TiOC) featuring AI-powered perimeter protection, SMD Plus, active deterrence, and full-colour technology stood out and won the innovation award under the video surveillance solutions category.

Hosted by Spanish newspaper La Razón, the Technology and Innovation Awards aim to recognise the role of entrepreneurs and their innovation achievements in accelerating the digital transformation in all areas of our life. Particularly, the winners of this year were given recognition for their abilities to adapt to the pandemic and their significant contributions to the society during this unprecedented period.

“I would like to thank La Razón for granting this award to Dahua. We are glad that our new TiOC, Three-in-One Camera has been recognised by the market. It is an intelligent solution designed for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and homes. We will continue to focus on technological innovation to serve our partners and customers in Iberia and around the world.” Said Dennis Meng, Country Manager of Dahua Iberia.

The Dahua TiOC solution is capable of accurately identifying real targets with accurate alarms, effectively warning them off with active deterrence, and notifies users in time with real-time alarms, making it suitable for areas and properties that require 24/7 security such as villas, shops, warehouses, etc. The full-colour image that the camera records provides more useful human/vehicle evidence for future investigation and analysis. In addition, the TiOC solution is also ideal for outdoor scenarios such as fire lanes that must be kept free of obstructions (people and vehicles) at all times
