Addsecure is a leading European provider of secure IoT connectivity and end-to-end solutions. The company helps customers optimise their operations, drive business value, and secure vital functions. By combining connected, data-driven, and sensor-based solutions with best-in-class expertise, Addsecure aims to meet its customers’ needs regardless of industry. Their secure IoT solutions are used within the areas of buildings, alarms, transportation and logistics, personal safety and security, health care, construction, municipalities, schools, rescue services, power grids, and more.
Companies joining Euralarm get a unique insight into what is happening on other European markets and the opportunities that they might offer. They not only tap into the political expertise and understanding of the EU policy but can also make personal connections with technical and political experts and potential business partners.
Being a member of Euralarm enables companies and associations to gain expertise on standardisation. Members have their voice heard in Brussels and can support and direct standardisation and legislative processes.
The Security Section undertakes efforts to ensure that European (CEN/CENELEC/ETSI) security equipment and system standards meet the requirements of Euralarm’s members. For that reason Euralarm experts and technical managers together with other stakeholders monitor and support relevant IEC, ISO, CENELEC, CEN and ETSI committees on electronic security standards. The section closely follows the execution of standardisation activities of relevant standardisation organisations and is keen on ensuring that the EN 50131-1 revision is delivered to ensure professional security products are defined.
